Beautiful Wimberley wedding video shot with new drone

As a licensed drone pilot and wedding filmmaker I’m always interested in discovering what the latest technologies can do for wedding videos.  I found the Mavic Pro drone to be a technological wonder. This new compact 4k drone camera combination made capturing slow motion and up close video images easier and even more beautiful than earlier models. I was able to create stunning beautiful Wimberley wedding video on this gorgeous day in March.

Filming Courtney and Brian’s wedding at the new and gorgeous The Addison Grove was a pleasure.  I enjoyed getting to know the couple and their families and working with top notch vendors.  Ashley Bunch with A Bunch of weddings was the planner, Mylah and her husband Dylan of Eureka Photography took amazing photos,  DJ Brian Weber kept the party going late into the night.   LoLa Beauty made the beautiful Courtney even more stunning and Doug Christy with Atx Ice created a magnificent ice sculpture. The delicious and spectacular cake was baked by Kathy of Cakes by Kathy, and the florist was The Flower Girl.

The new Mavic Pro Drone recorded beautiful Wimberley wedding video footage

The weather was so beautiful and it was the surefire way for me to use my Mavic Pro drone. As a certified drone pilot specializing in Wimberley wedding video, it is so fun for me to bring Hollywood-style effects that simulate a tracking dolly, a jib, and of course even a helicopter. As Courtney and Brian strolled hand in hand through the field I was able to capture the whole thing with the tiny 4k drone. It is so gratifyingly to me to be able to map out the perfect wedding video shots in my mind and then with the help of the Mavic Pro, capture them flawlessly.
